All pharmacy students who are student members of NCPA are eligible to apply for a $2,000 scholarship. If you are not a member, you may join online. The student must be enrolled in an accredited U.S. school or college of pharmacy on a full-time basis during the 2005 fall term and the 2006 spring term.
All awards will be made on the basis of the following priorities:
Demonstrated Interest in Civic and Government Affairs — The applicant should describe his or her interest in community and/or government activities. These qualities will be measured by supporting documents submitted by the applicant.
Leadership Qualities — Potential candidates will be evaluated by the NCPA Foundation Awards Committee on the basis of leadership qualities and accomplishments, as well as involvement in extracurricular activities. These qualities will be measured by the required supporting documents.
Academic Achievement — High scholarship is a necessary condition for consideration of the award. Academic Achievement will be measured using college transcripts.
The student must be enrolled in an accredited U.S. school or college of pharmacy on a full-time basis
